Natural diamond, round brilliant cut, 3.36 ct. Color D. Clarity SI-2. Platinum mounting contains the large diamond on top. Underneath is an upside down diamond. Both culets almost touch. This was a design done back in the 50's by Cartier. On the sides of the mounting are diamonds that total 0.33 ct. This is a very rare and unusual design, one-of-a-kind and truly an outstanding value.
